Q: I registered and now need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?
A: Cancellations and Substitutions:
If you need to cancel, you may do so for a full refund, less a $100.00 service charge until Friday, May 12, 2006. Attendees who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date, are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available after this date. Please send written notice of cancellation to rfederoff@cmp.com.

If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place as after the cancellation deadline date of 5/12/2006, no refunds will be issued. Please email your substitution request to rfederoff@cmp.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, Email.
