Cancellations & Substitutions
If you need to cancel, you may do so for a full refund, less a $100.00 service charge until Friday, July 14th, 2006. Attendees who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available after this date. Please send written notice of cancellation to lryan@cmp.com.

If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please email your substitution request to lryan@cmp.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone Number, Email.

Program Changes
The CMP Game Group, producers of the GDC FOCUS ON: Game Outsourcing Summit, reserve the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.

Recording
Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.

Badges
Badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the GDC FOCUS ON: Game Outsourcing Summit.

Children at the Summit
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted entrance into the to GDC FOCUS ON: Game Outsourcing Summit.
